Welcome to Manfredi O&P | A look inside our Eatontown, New Jersey Office

Welcome to Manfredi O&P Affiliates in Eatontown, New Jersey! Our facility is designed to provide state-of-the-art prosthetic and orthotic care, combining cutting-edge technology with time-tested craftsmanship. Here’s what you’ll experience on your tour:

1. Welcome & Reception Area

Your journey starts at our welcoming reception area, where our dedicated team greets patients with warmth and professionalism. We believe in creating a comfortable and supportive environment from the moment you walk through our doors.

2. Patient Consultation & Fitting Rooms

Next, you'll visit our private consultation and fitting rooms, where our certified prosthetists and orthotists work closely with patients to understand their needs. Here, we take digital scans, plaster molds, and impressions to ensure a precise and comfortable fit for every custom device.

3. CAD/CAM Design & Digital Scanning

Our innovative approach begins in the CAD/CAM Design Lab, where we use advanced digital imaging and scanning technology to create custom-fitted prosthetic and orthotic solutions. This eliminates the guesswork and allows us to design devices with exceptional precision, ensuring a comfortable fit tailored to each patient’s unique anatomy.

4. PVA Carver: Precision in Prosthetic Design

One of the highlights of our facility is the PVA Carver, a powerful tool that transforms digital scans into precise foam models used for prosthetic sockets. This ensures a level of accuracy that traditional methods alone cannot achieve, improving comfort and functionality for the patient.

5. PVA 3D Printer: Next-Generation Fabrication

We take innovation further with our PVA 3D Printing technology, allowing us to create lightweight, durable prosthetic components with enhanced structural integrity. This cutting-edge process enables faster turnaround times and unparalleled customization options.

6. Traditional Fabrication Lab

While we embrace modern technology, we also honor the craftsmanship of traditional prosthetic and orthotic fabrication. In our on-site lab, skilled technicians handcraft custom devices using plaster, carbon fiber, acrylics, and other durable materials to ensure long-lasting quality and functionality.

7. Gait Training & Mobility Assessment

A crucial part of the prosthetic process is ensuring that our patients can move comfortably and confidently. Our facility includes gait training areas, where our specialists work with patients to fine-tune their fit, balance, and walking mechanics. This is where mobility becomes reality!

8. Final Adjustments & Patient Education

Before completing the tour, you'll see how we perform final adjustments to maximize comfort and performance. We also educate patients on proper prosthetic care, usage, and troubleshooting, empowering them to regain their independence and mobility with confidence.

9. Closing & Patient Support Resources

At the end of the tour, we provide additional resources, ongoing support, and access to our patient community, ensuring every individual has the tools they need for success beyond our doors.

Our mission at Manfredi O&P Affiliates is to help our patients regain mobility, self-reliance, and confidence through advanced technology and compassionate care. Whether using digital design, PVA carving, 3D printing, or traditional fabrication techniques, our approach ensures every patient receives the highest quality device tailored to their needs.
